About Tom

Tom Hemby is a Grammy Award-winning and nominated Instrumental Recording Musician, Producer, & Composer. He’s also a four-time Dove award-winner as well.

Born in Poplar Bluff Missouri and raised in the neighboring community of Puxico, Tom was one of two siblings brought up in the musical family of George & Joyce Hemby along with younger brother, Ron.

Tom moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1978 to pursue a career in music. Through the years he became a very active session and touring sideman guitarist, as well as a producer, arranger, and composer.
